While she is in pairs with Hortense for Chef Guinot’s lesson, Célia notices that her friend is slowing down and that she is shaking. She then surprises Hortense eating pieces of foie gras that they must use in their recipe. While she admits worrying about her, Hortense leaves the class and is joined by Mehdi.

While Célia and Eliott question her, Hortense pretends to have to go eat to escape. Mehdi therefore wants to accompany him. So many elements that tilt in Célia: Hortense has a problem with food. Hortense and Mehdi’s lunch turns into an argument. He is constantly afraid that his darling will make herself vomit, while this one affirms that he cannot do anything to help her. She finally asks him to leave her alone. Mehdi therefore decides to reveal what Hortense is suffering from to Célia, Greg (Mikaël Mittelstadt) and Eliott. On his side, Claire called Hortense’s father but seeing him at the entrance to the Institute, Mehdi thinks it’s a very bad idea. That she won’t bear it.
Jasmine, jealous of Salome?
During pastry class, chef Landiras (Julien Alluguette) accuses Kelly’s (Axelle Dodier) strawberry maker of being too scholarly and lacking in passion. A reflection that the student struggles to digest. She who had no technique at the beginning of her training does not understand why she is now being criticized for perfecting herself. Worse still, Lionel (Lucien Belvès) points out to his girlfriend thatshe does not know how to express her feelings, whether in baking or in their relationship. Lost, she then asks her mother (Florence Coste) for advice. This recognizes that Kelly is not the most demonstrative. The young woman braces herself. Finally, she will follow the advice of Salomé (Aurélie Pons): stay as she is and find a way to show Lionel that she loves him in her own way.
The ball takes place in a week and Jasmine (Zoï Sévérin) no longer knows where to turn. Salomé therefore offers her help on the buffet. And for that, she will be assisted by Axel (Thomas Da Costa) who sees it as an opportunity to progress in the kitchen. Hardly started that Axel and Salomé tease each other. The young man also offers him a challenge: a speed race on the julienne cut of a carrot. Competition won hands down by Salomé, who does not fail to spoof her opponent. Their complicity is obvious to Jasmine. Jealous, as she tastes their preparations, she finds nothing to her liking. But more complex dishes will not fit into his budget. When Axel asks her to taste a preparation he made himself, she ends up admitting that their dishes aren’t that bad…
