On October 20 in Here it all begins (TF1, 6:35 p.m.), Tom defends Billie, David traps Deva and Vic and Théo give in to temptation…
In the episode ofHere it all starts of Thursday, October 20, 2022, Eliott (Nicolas Anselmo) approaches Billie (Margaux Kaguilar) to make sure she is no longer angry, after the incident the day before at the Double A. Billie certifies that everything is fine between them. She nevertheless finds it difficult to tell herself that she will now have to crash in front of the customers. Its forms, it assumes them and does not support that anyone criticizes them. Eliott is understanding, but explains to him that taking a step back is essential. If she can’t manage to control herself in the face of unscrupulous customers, she won’t last long in this profession. Billie promises him to make an effort. Myriel (Frédéric Diefhental) arrives in the park and interrupts their conversation. The previous day’s client complained about Billie’s behavior and he would like to see her in his office to clarify the situation. Eliott offers to accompany her, but Myriel does not see the point, since he was absent during the altercation. Tom (Tom Darmon), on the other hand, was in the room. Myriel therefore decides to bring him with Billie.
Due to tension between the first and second graders, Billie is convinced Tom is going to ram her. But it is nothing. In Myriel’s office, the young man defends his comrade. He thinks that in the same situation, he might have reacted exactly like Billie. Thanks to Tom, the young woman is not sanctioned this time. Myriel simply asks him to be careful in the future. Later, Bille meets Tom at the CDI and thanks him for his intervention. Tom finds this normal, after what Billie did. According to him, the client deserved someone to put him in his place. And even though he doesn’t like Billie’s promotion, he decided to make an exception for her…
During chef Guinot’s (Catherine Marchal) lesson, Deva presents an unfinished osso bucco recipe. His teacher asks him to come back in the afternoon to start again. To prepare, Deva goes to the CDI and begins to copy all her recipe to the letter to memorize it. Seeing her do it, David (Liam Hellmann) tells him about his doubts about his methods. He thinks Deva should trust herself more and cook more on instinct. Deva finds her suggestion stupid and sends her off… During the catch-up session, Deva realizes that she has lost her recipe book. She then receives text messages from David, who explains to her that he stole her book to force her to work without it. During the tasting, Chef Guinot notices that Deva has strayed from the original recipe, and, to Deva’s surprise, declares that it’s a very good thing. Deva’s dish is very precise and creative, and she is happy that she trusted herself a little.
Vic and Theo give in to temptation
Ambre (Claire Romain) officially joins the Circle. She finds it odd to be part of a club, but is happy to have people around who are ready to defend her. A little later, she is challenged by Hortense (Catherine Davydzenka) in the park. The latter wants to know if she found out what Vic (Lou Ladegaillerie) was up to, but Amber lies to her and claims to have made up her mind the day before. She assures him that Vic had nothing to do with the chocolate shells, and even comes to his defense. Hortense finds this turn of events strange, and suspects Vic of having manipulated Ambre…
In the kitchen, Théo (Khaled Alouach) overhears Greg (Mikaël Mittelstadt) and Mehdi (Marvin Pellegrino) talking about the Halloween menu. He points out to them that they could no longer be Double A chefs the following week, especially since they are only in their third year and do not have the level to provide Halloween service at the restaurant. Greg, on the contrary, thinks he and Mehdi are as good as Theo. Moreover, Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) has validated their latest proposals. Far from being upset, Theo affirms that his father will return the management of Double A to him as soon as he returns from Madrid.
Later, however, Antoine meets Greg, Mehdi and Théo in the park. He congratulates the first two for their work at Double A and announces great news: the management has decided to entrust them with the creation of the Halloween menu. Annoyed, Theo replies that Myriel should first ask her father’s advice, but it’s already done. Teyssier validated the choice of Greg and Mehdi for the Halloween menu. At the end of his rope, Théo isolates himself in the park and confides in Vic and Samia (Emma Boulanouar). He wonders if his mother didn’t lie to him, telling him that his father intended to give him back his job at Double A, and decides to go talk to him to find out for sure. Vic panics. She admits to Samia having asked Constance (Sabine Perraud) to lie to keep Theo at the Institute. She does have feelings for him…
Arrived at the infirmary, Theo confronts his mother in the presence of Charlène (Pola Petrenko). Constance admits having lied to him to hold him back. She did not want him to make the decision to leave on a whim, especially since she is convinced that her father will eventually give her back her job at Double A. Theo admits to being disappointed. He is used to the manipulations of his father, but did not expect this from his mother. Later, Charlène is worried about not having heard from her brother and gives him a call in the locker room. Hortense surprises her and asks her questions about Theo. Charlène explains to him that she no longer recognizes her brother. For some time now, he has completely withdrawn, and she doesn’t know how to help him. Hortense advises him to tell his brother to stay away from Vic. She thinks his sister has a hold on him… At the same time, Theo goes to see Vic in his room and tells him about his altercation with his mother. He considers leaving the Institute, but Vic talks him out of it, promising to help him get his job back. Theo finds the young woman very determined and finds it hard to hide his attraction to her. Finally, they kiss and share an intimate moment…
