Here it all starts (spoilers): who will have their pop-up restaurant? The results of the Masters module fall

On September 21 in Here it all begins (TF1, 6:35 p.m.), Laëtitia makes her grand return to the Institute, Louis pushes his students to their limits and Anaïs and Salomé win the module of chef Meyer…

In the episode ofHere it all starts from September 21, 2022, back at the Institute, Laëtitia (Florence Coste) learns that Guillaume (Bruno Putzulu) has resigned. The young mother falls from the clouds. She would never have thought that her ex would leave town like this without even saying goodbye. To cheer up her mother, Kelly (Axelle Dodier) decides to prepare a surprise for her: lunch with Tony (Kevin Dias) at the coffee shop. Lionel (Lucien Belvès) is not sure that pushing Laëtitia into the arms of another man is the solution, but Kelly is sure of herself. His mother needs to feel young and beautiful. During lunch, Laëtitia thanks her daughter for organizing it, but later confides in her that she was in no mood to see Tony. She needs time to digest Guillaume’s departure.

For his first lesson, Louis (Fabian Wolfrom) asks second-year students to reproduce a recipe from Auguste Armand… without the recipe. The students start to panic, but Louis doesn’t want to hear it. For him, it is essential that the students of the Institute know, like him, his father’s recipes by heart. Unsurprisingly, the apprentice chefs are unable to reproduce Armand’s recipes. But instead of giving in, Louis forces them to start all over again. He even makes them stay until the evening, ignoring his students’ jeremiads.

Anaïs and Salomé win Chef Meyer’s module

Haunted by the death of her brother, Mathieu, Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) got up at dawn. When she wakes up, Lisandro (Agustin Galiana) feels her upset and asks her questions, but the young woman claims to be too preoccupied with the upcoming tasting to take the time to talk to her. As soon as Lisandro left, the young woman started watching a video of Mathieu’s last birthday. The latter is betting there with David (Liam Hellmann) to one day enter the Auguste Armand Institute. Arriving at the Institute, Anaïs finds David and makes a big decision: she is going to revisit one of Mathieu’s recipes in a vegetarian version for the Meyer module. Salomé (Aurélie Pons) points out to her that when her recipe was created, Mathieu was only 15 years old, but Anaïs intends to make the recipe more technical to meet the expectations of the chef and the Rose Latour (Vanessa Demouy).

Worried about his girlfriend, Lisandro decides to go talk to Salomé. He has the impression that Anaïs is evasive and withdraws as soon as he tries to talk to her. Salomé explains to her that Anaïs is worried about Chef Meyer’s module, but promises her that everything will be fine. Indeed, Anaïs finally had a click. During chef Meyer’s class, Anaïs finally manages to come up with a dish worthy of the name. Her teacher is impressed, but the same cannot be said of Charlène (Pola Petrenko). Jealous, the young woman accuses Anaïs of plagiarism. Indeed, she saw him using a recipe book that was not his. Far from getting upset, Anaïs sends him packing. For her part, Salomé takes advantage of the lesson to go talk to Anaïs. She tells him about her conversation with Lisandro and advises him to tell his companion the truth about Mathieu, but Anaïs does not feel ready.

During the tasting, Salomé receives congratulations from chef Meyer. Charlène disappoints with an unfinished dish, and Anaïs surprises with her very successful vegetarian bourguignon. Rose and Chef Meyer ask her questions about the inspiration for her dish, but Anaïs prefers not to talk about it. She wants to convey her emotions through taste, not words. On the other hand, she thanks the chef for having pushed her to her limits. It was painful, but she is very proud of her meal. In the end, the dishes of Salomé and Anaïs arrive ex-aequo. Rose announces to them that a final test will take place the next day to decide between them. Jealous, Charlène once again accuses Anaïs of having cheated and swears to prove it…
