The holidays are over, Santa Claus and his sleigh too, the thorns of the fir tree flood the ground, we regret having finished the boxes of chocolate and not getting into Dry January but we promise we have made good resolutions: do not take it!!
What’s the point ? Telling ourselves that we’ll do sports once a week, that we’ll go on a gluten-free diet, that we’ll see our friends more often, that we’ll try meditation… (I’m waiting for your resolutions! Swing! ) Me personally, I never made it past February so I give up! Are you like me? Would you like to be a better version of yourself? By taking care of homework in the evening, while having a drink with your girlfriends, doing yoga, preparing a pot-au-feu, writing work emails, putting laundry on the way??? Woooo Shiva is not here! I vote for “Yes 2023 we can be just zen! Keep calm and stay calm“

No resolution for 2023!
In fact, this winter period should be a truce of pressure. It’s already cold, gray, the days are short, the children are attacking the 2th trimester, the rain makes us want to cry, summer seems almost a utopia, we have chained gastros, rhinos, bronchitis, flu and Covid.. .we think of petrol/war/electricity galleys and we don’t even have Christmas garlands to light up our evenings anymore. So our elves and especially their parents have just need comforta good movie dripping with love or Tuchesgalette des rois and small daily pleasures protected under a good pilou pilou plaid.
With a little luck we will have the bean or the crown of a girl who exudes the joy of living if we do not sweat in a gym. and personal I prefer the scent of frangipane !
