(Boursier.com) — Following on from the announcements of December 4, 2023 and February 7, 2024, the group Herige today announces the signing with the Group SAMSE of the definitive sale of the materials, public works and natural stone trading activities (VM Matériaux, LNTP and Cominex). This operation follows the agreement reached with the competition authorities concerned, as well as following the usual information/consultation procedures with staff representative bodies within the Group.
This transaction marks the final stage of the HERIGE Group’s exit from the materials trading, public works and natural stone activities in mainland France (VM Matériaux, LNTP and Cominex), in accordance with its strategy aimed at consolidating its positions in carpentry and industrial concrete. This results in the deconsolidation of these activities in the Group’s financial statements from May 1, 2024.
The estimated financial impacts of the operation communicated on December 4, 2023 will be specified in the coming weeks.
