(CercleFinance.com) – The Herige Group announces that it has finalized the acquisition of 100% of the capital of PORALU Group, which specializes in the custom manufacturing of joinery and closures in Aluminium, PVC and Wood.
PORALU Groupe thus joins ATLANTEM, Joinery subsidiary of the Herige Group, to form ‘a leading French industrial player in the manufacture of joinery and exterior closures for buildings’, according to Herige
Relying on nearly 250 employees, the PORALU group has a large customer portfolio and should achieve a turnover of around 60 ME in 2022, announces Herige.
