Good start to the year with growth in the Group’s 3 businesses
For the first three months of the 2022 financial year, the HERIGE Group recorded a turnover of €193.8 million, up 10.3% (+9.7% on a like-for-like basis) compared to the same period of the 2021 financial year, which had benefited from a recovery dynamic in post-lockdown activity (growth of +32.3% on 1

quarter of 2021). Growth is driven by both a price effect and a favorable product volume/mix effect.
The Materials trading activity is up 12.9% compared to the same period in 2021, with a strong level of activity in Public Works. Business is also sustained across all product families.
The Concrete Industry grew by +7.4% in 1

quarter of 2022, still benefiting from a good trend in ready-mixed concrete in terms of volume and price effect.Industrial carpentry posted growth of +9.0% (+6.8% at constant scope), including the acquisition of Activence in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region over 1 month. The business continued to record strong demand in the renovation-oriented distribution channels and in the AM-X product.
Developments and prospects
Thanks to the good start to 2022 and taking advantage of the good momentum of its main markets, HERIGE intends to continue its development while remaining vigilant in the face of developments in the health crisis and inflationary pressures which require finding the right balance between volume and performance. operational.
