(CercleFinance.com) – At the end of exclusive negotiations announced on December 4, Samse announces the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Herige for the acquisition of its materials, public works and natural stone trading branch (VM Matériaux, LNTP and Cominex).
The scope represents 374.8 million euros in turnover, 1,155 employees and 79 points of sale in the Greater West at the end of 2023. The transaction remains subject to regulatory authorizations and should be finalized in spring 2024.
Samse expects from this merger an extension of its presence at the national level, while Herige will be able to benefit from additional resources for the development of its two industrial branches concrete and carpentry.
