Hewlett Packard Enterprise negotiates acquisition of Juniper Networks


(AOF) – Hewlett Packard Enterprise is in advanced talks to buy networking equipment specialist Juniper Networks for around $13 billion to improve its competitiveness in the age of artificial intelligence, Wall Street reveals Newspaper. An agreement between the two companies could be announced as early as this week, according to informed sources. Juniper stock closed yesterday at $30.22, representing a market capitalization of approximately $9.6 billion.
