(Boursier.com) — Group turnover HF Company stood at 5.47 million euros in 2023 (6.43 ME in 2022), a drop of 15%.
The group’s holding company continued its restructuring and the gross operating surplus for the period was negative at -423 kE (223 kE in 2022).
The exceptional result is negative -1.71 ME due to a recorded capital loss of -1.57 ME concerning the sale of Lanpark on December 31, 2023.
The Group’s share of net income is negative -2.25 ME (+532 kE in 2022) after a share of equity-accounted income of -103 kE from the Netinovo JV.
As of December 31, 2023, the balance sheet of the HF Company Group shows net cash of €19.4 million, or 79% of the balance sheet total. Shareholders’ equity amounts to €23.3 million. The group sold the Lanpark activity for an enterprise value of €2.4 million.
Dividend
The payment of a dividend of 0.50 euros per share will be proposed at the General Meeting of June 12 for the 2023 financial year.
Outlook 2024
The HF Company group remains cautious on its guidance given the current weakness of the TelCo market and expects weak growth in Broadband activity.
