HF Company: deterioration of accounts in 2023 – 04/26/2024 at 6:13 p.m.


(AOF) – Faced with falling revenues, HF Company’s 2023 accounts fell into the red. It shows a net loss, group share, of 2.254 million euros compared to a profit of 532,000 euros in 2022. The operating loss increased from 618,000 euros in 2022 to 1.2 million euros in 2023. The figure business of the integrator of technological solutions and services in the digital and networks universe fell by 15% to 5.472 million euros. The payment of a dividend of 0.50 euros per share will be proposed at the general meeting of June 12, 2024 for the 2023 financial year.

As of December 31, 2023, the balance sheet of the HF Company Group shows net cash of 19.4 million euros, or 79% of the balance sheet total. Equity amounts to 23.3 million euros. As of December 31, 2023, the group sold the Lanpark activity for an enterprise value of 2.4 million euros.

Regarding its outlook, HF Company “remains cautious on its guidance given the current weakness of the TelCo market and expects weak growth in the Broadband activity”.
