High damage – the driver is racing in the dealership

The Saalfelden fire brigade had to cut a 36-year-old handlebar from his car shortly before 8 a.m. The man came off the road in his car and ended up in a car dealership.

A 36-year-old came off the road in his car shortly before 8 a.m. in Saalfelden for reasons that were not yet known. The man was on the Pinzgauer Straße (B311) in the direction of Saalfelden, drove over a small embankment and then unrestrained into a car dealership.

The Pinzgauer was trapped in the accident and injured to an unspecified degree. Two witnesses then notified the emergency services and provided first aid. The handlebars were cut out of the car by the Saalfelden volunteer fire brigade and then flown to the hospital by rescue helicopter. The dealership was still closed at the time of the accident.

There was considerable damage to the driver’s car and to the dealership.
