Hilaria Baldwin is happy about the addition to the family. Ireland Baldwin, her husband Alec’s eldest daughter, has given birth to a child.

Ireland Baldwin (27) has become a mother for the first time, making her father, actor Alec Baldwin (65), a grandfather. His wife Hilaria (39), who has seven children with the star, was visibly happy about the new family member.

“We’re excited, we’re just so excited,” she explained to the US magazine “People” at an event in New York. To a picture of the Baldwin clan she also wrote happily on Instagram: “All these aunties, uncles and us grandparents are so excited that Holland is here!!! Congratulations to mum and dad, Ireland and André. We love you so much.”

Ireland Baldwin introduces her daughter Holland

Ireland, Baldwin’s eldest daughter, comes from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger (69). The birth of her child she also previously made public on Instagram. For a picture together with the baby and her partner André Allen Anjos (38), she revealed that her daughter’s name is Holland. At the beginning of the year she explained in a podcast: “We give her the name Holland. I’m Ireland, so another country, because we wanted to keep it consistent.”

Grandma Basinger had a few days ago shared a clip on the platform, which shows numerous children’s pictures of her daughter Ireland. “That was my baby… and she will have hers soon,” the actress wrote. Grandpa Alec said meanwhile this Friday to another children’s picture: “My first baby had his first baby. Lots of love to you three!”
