(CercleFinance.com) – The Hiolle family group told the AMF that it crossed the threshold of 90% of the voting rights on June 28, then on July 1, that of 90% of the capital of Hiolle Industries and hold, as of July 1, 90.31% of the capital and 93.10% of the voting rights.
These threshold crossings result from the acquisition of Hiolle Industries shares as part of the simplified takeover bid initiated by Hiolle Développement, the main member of the family concert.
