It was the daughter of the man who had decided to call them when she had found her father in cardiac arrest. “His lips were blue and he was cold, but I was giving him CPR, helped by a friend of mine who was doing the chest compressions. His chest was going back and forth and he was making noise, so his lungs were working“, she explained in the columns of the New York Post.
