Hogwarts Legacy: Find Daidale Keys – How to get the ancient house cloak

• You need 16 house tokens for a special cloak.
• You can find these with the keys that are flying around the whole castle.
• Find the keys, follow them and then smash them into the lock.

You’ve probably already found one or the other locked cupboard in Hogwarts Legacy, but these cannot be opened with a simple “Alohomora”. They belong to the side quest “The Daidalic Keys” from Nellie in the middle of the Transfiguration Court.

In the course of this you open the cupboards with flying keys to get to the house brands contained. You need 16 house tokens to open the house chest in your common room and get a special house cloak.

Find, follow and tune in

As soon as you have received the quest from Nellie, you can go in search of the flying key in the castle. Once you have found one, it flies directly to the matching closet. Follow the golden trail of the key.

When you get to the closet, you need to interact with the closet and the key will fly back and forth over the lock. If the key is directly above the lock, you have to hit it. If that was successful, you will receive the included house brand.

• The South Wing: Near Flea Flame “Teacher’s Tower” through the door to the teacher’s area and up the stairs
• The South Wing: Near Flea Flame “Hospital Wing” towards clockwork
• The South Wing: Near Flea Flame “Clock Tower Courtyard” walk towards the courtyard, open the left door and follow the stairs
