The traffic jam in front of the Gotthard north portal practically disappeared on Saturday evening.
At times there was a traffic jam of 15 kilometers in length on Saturday.
As a result, travelers had to be prepared for a waiting time of up to two hours and 30 minutes in the early afternoon.
