In the heart of the southern desert, an anomaly is discovered, inevitably leading to a war to conduct research there. Prequel to the other titles of the license, Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak explores the beginning of these confrontations. You have to establish your base in this hostile environment, develop buildings, and create a real army to win the victory. Ground and airborne vehicles are present to try to gain the advantage, but all of this will be meaningless without good tactics.
Because, as with its predecessor, this title is above all a real-time strategy game. It is therefore a question of planning your actions with several steps in advance to set traps for your opponents and win the battle. Each choice must be considered, because if you move forward without knowing what to expect, it will be death.
