Hopium: success of the capital increase





(Boursier.com) – Hopium has successfully completed its capital increase with elimination of shareholders’ preferential subscription rights. She is from a final amount of 5.5 million euros and is carried out with a small circle of investors.

The transaction gave rise to the issue of 237,828 new shares with a unit par value of 0.01 euros, at a price per share of 23 euros (issue premium included), for a total issued amount of 5, 5 ME (i.e. 1.36% of the post-operation share capital of the company).

The settlement-delivery of the new shares issued within the framework of the Private Placement and their admission to the Euronext Access Paris market will take place no earlier than December 24, 2021. The new shares will carry current dividend rights and will be admitted to trading on the Euronext Access market. Euronext Access Paris under the same ISIN code FR0014000U63 – MLHPI.

At the end of the operation, the company’s share capital is now made up of 12,795,351 shares with a nominal value of 0.01 euros each.

To the best of the company’s knowledge, the distribution of the shareholding after the completion of the transaction is as follows:
– Olivier Lombard: 6,264,707 shares, i.e. 48.96% of the capital and voting rights
– Historical shareholders: 4,306,812 shares, i.e. 33.66% of the capital and DDV
– Free float: 2,223,832 shares, i.e. 17.38% of the capital and DDV
– Total: 12,795,351 shares, i.e. 100% of the capital and DDV

As an indication, the participation of a shareholder holding 1% of the company’s share capital prior to the transaction will be increased to 0.98%.
