The family of “House for sale” is growing. From March 18, 2022, M6 will indeed present Stephanie Catanzano, the show’s new decorator. Like Sophie Ferjani and Emmanuelle Rivassoux, she will help individuals revamp their interior to sell it better and offer them a new life. But then, who is she? Passionate about decoration and design, Stéphanie Catanzano has started a professional retraining to live her dream. The young woman has therefore created her own architecture and work coordination studio which she manages with a masterful hand. To define her style, the new acolyte of Stéphane Plaza speaks of her decoration as having character, she also offers spaces made to enjoy everyday life, while adapting current trends to everyone’s lifestyle. Note that Stéphanie Catanzano works on all types of projects. On her Instagram account, which has around 800 subscribers, she regularly shares her daily life and her books. Arcueil, Paris, Antony, Saint-Germain… The new decorator is touring the cities to unearth nuggets of real estate.
Stéphanie Catanzano to the rescue of a couple in Pontoise
For her first issue of “House for sale”, Stéphanie Catanzano will help a couple. At 57, Nathalie and Christophe live in a house in Pontoise, which they had initially planned to bring up to date since the departure of their children. This family home, which they call the “house of happiness” is indeed in need of work! Only here, if the parents of three children began to get down to it, they had to leave the Paris region hastily a few months ago. The children, who have remained in the Paris region, take care of the upkeep of the house as best they can, but they all know that it is becoming impossible to keep it. No one really knows how to sell it. Stéphane Plaza will therefore take care of the file with the help of Stéphanie Catanzano.
