House search in Wilen near Wollerau SZ: On Thursday there was a police search of the apartment of retired anesthetist Christian U.*. He informed the freedom trychlers, who trotted to support them and diligently swung the bells. This is reported by the online portal “March24”.
The incident happened around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday morning. A video on the news service Telegram shows the whole spectacle.
“They put handcuffs on me”
The police suddenly stood in front of his door, Christian U. tells “Höfe24” and “March24”. “They said they had a search warrant with the DA and could they come in.” But he would have denied them entry.
The police officers must have let one person into the building. Suddenly they were standing in front of his apartment door. However, the skeptical doctor stuck to his opinion that he would still not let her in.
The cantonal police didn’t let it sit: the locksmith called in was able to gain access to the apartment. “They dragged me to the ground and handcuffed me,” says U.
Did he issue unlawful certificates?
But why did the house search come about? “They accused me of issuing illegal certificates,” he told the online portal. However, this was not the only allegation: he is said to have unlawfully distributed medicines that Swissmedic does not allow. “But that’s not true either,” he protests.
However, U. confirms that he has issued mask certificates – especially for children. In his eyes, however, these were justified – he took the medical oath he had taken seriously.
According to U., the police, a representative of the public prosecutor’s office and a person from the canton pharmacy were present. During the search, the former doctor tried to find people who would back him up – the Freedom Trychlers. “What also succeeded”, as he says. You have to show “the violence that happens to him as a righteous citizen”.
No arrests, no incidents
When asked by Blick, the Schwyz cantonal police confirmed a corresponding operation: “Together with the public prosecutor’s office, the cantonal police carried out a house search,” says media spokesman Florian Grossmann.
The freedom trychler were also on site, but there were no incidents or arrests. Due to the ongoing criminal proceedings, the cantonal police could not provide any further information on the operation. (dzc)
