Little by little, his empire is expanding: owner after his father of the maritime group CMA CGM, Rodolphe Saadé launched into the press a few years ago by buying La Provence and La Tribune in particular. But in recent days, it is a particularly juicy move that he has achieved, since his group has bought Altice Médias, in which we find in particular BFMTV and RMC.

A new acquisition which has propelled his name into the media… but not his face: at 54, the Franco-Lebanese businessman remains particularly discreet and has spoken little. A trait of his personality which does not date from yesterday but which he has managed to keep throughout his career by perfectly separating his career from his private life and by hiding the latter in luxury residences in the heart of ultra-secure neighborhoods.

And here again, nothing was left to chance: for 27 million euros, Rodolphe Saadé and his wife got their hands on the former home of director Gérard Oury and his daughter Danièle Thompson, Les Oliviers.

Located in the ultra-chic Capon district, where the audiovisual producer Stéphane Courbit, the family of the general director of Groupe Arnault, Nicolas Bazire, and the presenter Nagui also live, the house very probably has a swimming pool and feet in the Mediterranean.

And now corresponds perfectly to the businessman: “He plans to redo everything with the architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte for 10 to 12 million euros“, revealed a property dealer to our colleagues at Le Point at the time of the takeover. Constantly surrounded by bodyguards, the billionaire is nevertheless not ready to let any passerby into his immense home…
