This Wednesday, March 2 marks the seventh day of the conflict triggered by Russia with the invasion of Ukraine. Quickly, France had strongly condemned this decision. In recent weeks, Emmanuel Macron, who also holds the current presidency of the Council of the EU (from January to June 2022), has worked to try to convince Vladimir Putin to give up engaging in such military operations – in vain.
