The German Netflix surprise hit "How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)" from last year gets a second season in just a few weeks. As the streaming service announced, six more episodes of the Coming-of-Age series will be shown from July 21. Once again, the makers trust the cast from the first episodes around Maximilian Mundt (24) as Moritz and Danilo Kamperidis (20) as Lenny.
Netflix also gave a first glimpse into the upcoming storylines. The young dealers are dealing with dangerous Dutch and also have to prepare for their Abitur. There are of course all kinds of emotional chaos in the minds of adolescents. In the first six episodes, you could watch Lenny and Moritz set up online drug delivery, moving from one blunder to the next.
The series of the production company bildundtonfabrik from Cologne is loosely based on the story of the then 18-year-old Maximilian S. from Leipzig, who ran an international drug trade from his child's room via the Darknet. When he was arrested in 2015, the investigators seized 320 kilograms of different drugs.
