The HP brand has just lifted the veil on a new range of laptops taking full advantage of the power of AI. The objective is clear: to serve users in terms of work and productivity.
At HP, as with many other manufacturers, the question of artificial intelligence now occupies a central place. Determined to want to rethink the habits of workers, the American brand has just presented “ the industry’s widest range of AI PCs “. The new HP Elite and Elite Pro PCs therefore intend to establish themselves as “ the most sophisticated business laptops for collaboration », with various ranges of devices announced.
HP unveils its new AI-boosted laptops
A few days ago, HP lifted the veil on a new generation of computers boosted with artificial intelligence. The latest HP Elite and Pro PCs are powered by Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 processors or next-generation AMD Ryzen Pro processors. These new devices all run Windows 11 Pro and also integrate Microsoft’s AI assistant, the aptly named Copilot.
The HP Elite 1000 Series G11 laptops are touted as the most powerful AI computers among the new devices announced. Boosted by the capabilities of artificial intelligence, these offer users significant improvements in graphics performance, energy efficiency and video editing. AI-based HP Smart Sense technology even monitors PC performance while ensuring it stays cool and quiet.
Regarding laptops, the brand also unveiled the HP EliteBook 800 and 805 Series G11, the HP EliteBook 600 and 605 Series G11 and the HP ProBook 400 and 405 Series G11.
HP is doubling down on AI and security
Designed for technical and creative professions requiring optimal performance on the go, HP’s mobile workstations will also benefit from the power of AI thanks to the arrival of the HP ZBook Power G11, HP ZBook Fury G11, HP ZBook Studio G11 and HP ZBook Firefly G11.
To remain in the artificial intelligence segment, HP announced its active participation in the development of AI for the coming years with the establishment of the HP AI Creation Center program. Clearly, the objective is to offer a platform aimed at simplifying the creation and personalization of AI models.
Obviously, HP did not just reveal new devices (screens, keyboards, cameras, etc.). In fact, thanks to an update to the Endpoint Security Controller chip, the brand was also able to present new security solutions, thus lifting the veil on “ the world’s first business PCs to protect firmware against quantum hacks “.
For information, most of the laptops announced by HP will be marketed this year, more precisely between March and April 2024.
