HRS announces that it has received a new order from SYDEV

(Boursier.com) — HRS designer and manufacturer, European leader in hydrogen refueling stations, announces that it has received a new order from SYDEV (Vendée energy union) to deliver and install a green hydrogen refueling station in Les Sables-d’Olonne.

The Vendée is a pioneer in the field of transport decarbonization. SYDEV is conducting an ambitious green mobility program, aimed in particular at developing an ecosystem for the local production and distribution of 100% green hydrogen, in order to eventually mesh its territory.

As such, a first multi-energy station (green electricity, green hydrogen and bioNGV) has already been deployed in the second half of 2021 in La Roche-sur-Yon. HRS supplied and installed the hydrogen refueling station for this project led by ENGIE Solutions.

SYDEV has renewed its confidence in the ENGIE Solutions and HRS consortium for the development and technical operation of the new multi-energy station which will be commissioned in early 2023 in Les Sables-d’Olonne. HRS will thus provide a 200 kg/day – bi-pressure station (350-700 bar) which will distribute green hydrogen for all types of vehicles: heavy goods vehicles, light commercial vehicles, light vehicles. It will initially be open to professional fleets before being opened to the public.

The evolving design of the HRS stations will make it possible to meet a growing need for hydrogen supply at this station and thus to meet the planned future uses, until 2031.

Other stations, not assigned to date, will still be deployed as part of this Vendée project led by SYDEV.
