HS55 Wireless Core: Corsair arrives with a new wireless gaming headset

Placed as an entry-level product among helmets gaming wireless from Corsair, the HS55 Wireless Core adopts a look never seen before from the North American manufacturer. This umpteenth design, however, is strangely reminiscent of that of the Arctis Nova Pro from SteelSeries with their ear cups flanked by a disc. All plastic clad, the HS55 Wireless Core also has an adjustable headband and pads made of memory foam covered with leatherette. All this, combined with a relatively contained weight (266 g), should allow the HS55 Wireless Core to offer very good feelings of comfort.

Various buttons are distributed on the two earpieces to turn off the microphone, manage the volume or activate the Bluetooth connection. Indeed, one of the strengths of this helmet is to offer dual Bluetooth connectivity on the one hand, proprietary radio thanks to a USB adapter on the other. In fact, the headset is compatible with PC, Mac, PS4 and PS5, as well as with all devices with a Bluetooth connection. Unfortunately, there is no mini-jack input present.
