Ypo Camp Sublet, which posted more than €12 million in annual sales in 2021, is a company specializing in the distribution of leisure vehicles (VDL) based in Lyon.
Through the realization of these two operations, Hunyvers is pursuing its strategy aimed at strengthening its territorial footprint through an active policy of external growth. These two acquisitions also constitute an important milestone in achieving the company’s objective as of August 31, 2025, namely a turnover of more than €170 million as of 08/31/2025 accompanied by an operating margin of 6.5%. .
