December 22, 2023 – 6:00 p.m. – The extraordinary general meeting of ATON (formerly Hybrigenics – FR0004153930 – ALHYG) was held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at 850, boulevard Sébastien Brant – 67400 Illkirch-Graffenstaden.
The shareholders present or represented represented 44.71% of the shares and voting rights and all the resolutions put to the vote were approved.
Among the resolutions approved, we can mention:
The change in the company name, now called Aton;
The approval of the draft Contribution Agreement by Mr. Pierre EFTEKHARI and Mrs. Léone ATAYI of 10,600 shares of the Company INOVIEM SCIENTIFIC for the benefit of the company Aton and the consequent approval of the said contribution (the “Contribution”)
Approval of the capital increase in remuneration for the Contribution and correlative issue of 32,042,640 new ordinary shares
