– The shareholders of Hydrogène de France (“the Company”) are advised that the Combined General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday June 15, 2023 at 9 a.m., 2 place Ravezies, 33300 Bordeaux.
The notice of meeting prior to the meeting was published in the BALO of May 10, 2023.
All of the documentation relating to the General Meeting is available to shareholders on the Company’s website: https://www.hdf-energy.com/en/investors/general-meetings/ .
These documents can also be transmitted to the shareholder who makes the request addressed to HYDROGèNE DE FRANCE, 20 rue Jean Jaurès, 33310 Lormont.
