“I’m happy to be in front of you”, indicates Stéphane Plaza to begin his meeting. And even more that you are collateral damage of this affair. I deeply apologize for this. This is why I will continue to give you some details, to be completely transparent.”

Stéphane Plaza then wanted to reassure his colleagues by ensuring that he had exhibited exemplary behavior while in police custody. In fact, the host promises that “for 48 hours”, he has “responded to all requests and (has) submitted to all the controls required by the prosecution, without any preferential treatment.

Then, Stéphane Plaza adds: “I remind you that I am presumed innocent and that my version has not changed from the beginning. I am not a violent man.” Promises which should perhaps reassure his colleagues. The host took advantage of this meeting to proclaim his innocence and reaffirm that he places all his trust in justice to get him out of there.
