Largely inspired by james bond, the series of I Expect You To Dieexcellent by the way, presents adventure and puzzle games full of humor featuring villains plotting and spies trying to stop them. Here is that the 3ᵉ opus of the series is about to land in standalone and PC VR.
I Expect You To Die is a series of games where each mission feels like a escape room. You have telekinetic powers allowing you to grab objects in the distance and solve most puzzles. This is naturally done empirically and every mistake results in a new way to die (hence the title of the series). The first two parts are already very good games and we recommend them with your eyes closed. The third appears to be of the same ilk. This is what the studio Schell Games tells us about his game:
We have some unique and exciting locations in I Expect You To Die 3, and we can’t wait to see how players will creatively solve the puzzles in a race to beat Dr. Zor at his own game. New to the series can dive right in and have fun, and longtime fans will appreciate the fun nods to previous games.
I Expect You To Die 3: Cog In The Machine will be released on Steam and on helmets Meta Quest This year. Schell Games has yet to give any details on its plans for the games I Expect You To Die on PlayStation VR 2SO wait & see.
