“I had my breasts removed”

Benjamin Castaldi has done several cosmetic surgery operations and he never hid it. Indeed, the husband of Aurore Aleman revealed that he was complexed. “You gave me yet another complex… I had small breasts”, he confided before explaining: “I had gynecomastia”. This excessive development of the mammary glands in men can affect one or both breasts.

“In profile, it was still weird, it looked like my mother”, he commented revealing: “It was quite embarrassing”. The cosmetic surgery operation lasted three hours and if Benjamin Castaldi said he felt much better since, it was a painful step. “We cut the slices for you, and we reduce your chest. So now I have no breasts”, he said before indicating: “Now I have a sheath, for the scars”.

Before having chest surgery, Benjamin Castaldi underwent several other cosmetic surgery procedures. In June 2022, he revealed that he had had eyelid surgery after having had several comments about his eyes. “He charged me for months and months and months. He gave me a complex.
