"I lost 10 kilos": Muriel Robin reveals the secrets of her weight loss during confinement: Current Woman The MAG

However, some seem to have taken advantage of this period of sedentary lifestyle to operate a real physical transformation. This is particularly the case of singer Adele, who appeared transformed after losing 45 kilos. The cook and host Norbert Tarayre also surprised Internet users, going from 102 to 80 kilos. Jaja, former candidate of Secret Story and Angels, unveiled a photo of his new silhouette, relieved of 27 kilos. Vaimalama Chaves, Amel Bent and Vitaa have also experienced impressive weight loss in recent months. Lately it was Muriel Robin's turn to open up about her technique for losing pounds.

Muriel Robin wants to write a cookbook!

On the occasion of his TV movie I love you hairstyle – compilation of her best sketches, bringing together some fifty artists from all walks of life – Muriel Robin has agreed to confide in the columns of TV 7 days. During confinement, the 65-year-old comedian has "lost 10 kilos ” ! Returning to sport and a balanced diet, the winning combination: “I took the opportunity to reconnect with walking and tennis ”, says partner Anne Le Nen. In addition to the physical activity, she therefore started cooking again. Muriel Robin also spends nearly three hours a day behind the stove. “I make extraordinary soups with vegetables not boiled in water but in the oven ”, she explains then.

This new pace of life even convinced Muriel Robin to take up writing! “Finally, I should write a book for lonely people who, like me in my youth, are afraid to cook. Here's what I'm going to do: keep the weight off, keep running and write a cookbook!, she exclaimed to our colleagues. In addition to sports and cooking, the actress engaged in other activities with her partner. “Normally Anne and I already have a life of "confined". We rarely go out and see few people. We were lucky to be able to stay in Corsica at that time. We did a lot of tinkering around the house ”, reveals Muriel Robin. But the two stars also took advantage of this reclusive period to embark on new projects: “We have also made progress on the development ofan original program with Pierre Palmade and on writing a film that we would like to make. ” Very productive containment!
