Free speech, stop being ashamed of our rules and make hygienic protections accessible to all women … These are battles that have animated Shera for several years now. For us, she came back to this omerta that reigns around the rules when it affects half of humanity: women. There is this fed up feeling that Shera feels but also this desire to transmit a nameless benevolence. What is needed above all is undoubtedly reassuring women and reminding them that having a period is normal, that it is not "dirty" and never forget to take care of your body.

Shera is a creative woman. His Instagram account and his videos have proven this for years. There is no shortage of ideas, and even less when it comes to conveying a committed message, reassuring and breaking down stereotypes. This is why, her photograph of her wearing a white ensemble and revealing a red spot between her legs did not go unnoticed. The message is clear : "It is something that we all live or have experienced each month, which is natural, which we do not choose." Through this publication, Shera also recalls the problem of precariousness which makes hygienic protections difficult to access for some women.

"I really felt a sense of liberation from the woman and that's all I want"

This speech became viral, it has done good to many people: "I had super positive reactions from women but also from men. I was happy to do good to a lot of people and especially to raise my voice on these subjects." Obviously, some negative reactions also appeared. They are proof that the fight is not over and, above all, that it does indeed exist. It's a whole patriarchal system that has generated this gene vis-à-vis the rules. Shera does not fail to remind the lack of realism in advertisements for hygienic protections where blood never appears.

The solution for Shera? Better understand the rules, talk about them and talk about everything around it: premenstrual symptoms, precariousness but also the spirit of solidarity that must go with it. The young woman reminds us so delicately that we are not alone.

They practice free instinctive flow and live their rules without protection
