“The show must go on“, the saying goes! Vitaa is the perfect illustration. The singer pregnant with her third child continues the concerts despite her advanced pregnancy. She suffered a small technical problem in the middle of the show on Monday evening, and apologized to her fans.
“I did what I could“, writes Vitaa in his story Instagram of Monday February 21, 2022. The Gims concert at the Zénith de Lille (of which she was the surprise guest) barely ended, Vitaa apologized for an alleged poor performance. She explained the reasons: a sound problem, which pushed her to sing “very strong” and “very false“.
“I came to surprise again in Lille, on the Gims tour, I was invited on stage. We did a stupid version of ‘Game Over’ live, followed by ‘Prends ma main’. I didn’t do soundcheck, because the other day I soundchecked, I said to myself ‘Yeah it’s good, the sound, it kills and everything’. And so here I go on stage and I have no voice in my ears! So I did the two songs without vocals, I only had the music. So I took off my ears and sang randomlyreveals Vitaa in his explainer video. So I want to apologize if I sang very loud or very out of tune, but I sang! I did what I could.”
After watching videos of her going on stage, Vitaa put it into perspective: “It’s ok, I expected worse, I find out with you“!
