It was there “last” by Bruce Toussaint at BFMTV, but the star journalist of the 24-hour news channel’s morning show didn’t let anything appear on December 1, when he hosted his final BFMTV show before joining TF1 at the start of the school year. After reading the news headlines as usual, he still took a moment, a little before noon, to act his departure of the channel directed by Marc-Olivier Fogiel. By speaking directly to viewers, Bruce Toussaint conveyed to them “a word finally, for [leur] say goodbye”while thanking them for their loyalty during five years “unforgettable”.
After thanking the different teams who participated directly or indirectly in the production of his show All Saints Livewhich he has presented for five years between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., the journalist wanted to send special thanks to his team, as well as to the management. Facing viewers, who will be able to find him on the first French channel from Monday January 8, 2024, he ended his speech with a message of hope: “We will see each other again one day or another”. From Monday, Ronald Guintrange and Philippe Gaudin will take over from him until January 5, while Maxime Switek will take his place in his morning chair on BFMTV from January 8.
A shattering announcement
