Thursday March 14, 2024, TF1 invites its viewers to discover the new police series Mercato from 9:10 p.m. In this new fiction, Arnaud Ducret slips into the skin of Thomas (the actor spoke to AlloCiné about this project), a Parisian police officer transferred to Marseille after having made a huge blunder in the field. In the Marseille city, he must team up with Nora, a hotheaded cop with a strong temperament…

“We really got on the plane that was taking off!”

The latter is played by Manon Azem. The actress also spoke with AlloCiné to look back on this whole experience. On our microphone, she also remembered the physical filming of the plane scene, presented at the end of episode 2 of season 1 of Mercato (in which Fauve Hautot also makes a notable and praised appearance by his playing partners).

Thus, the interpreter of Nora Kader told us enthusiastically: “We really ran behind a moving plane and actually got into the plane taking off! It was great! During one of the takes, we even did the stunt so well that everyone said: ‘Okay, let’s speed up the plane a little…’

And there, it was much more dangerous because I felt a suction from the plane which was advancing.explains Manon Azem. I tripped a bit and freaked out but managed to get on the plane. I turned around and the cameraman who was following us had fallen to the ground running, with the camera on the ground!” But for a convincing result on screen!

Next week in the next installments of Mercato, Thomas will reunite with his son and daughter for a weekend. The children, not very happy to be in Marseille, are bored. But the action will not take long, when the crowd panics on the beach. A diver’s corpse has risen to the surface!

According to the first elements of the investigation, it concerns a young history student, Mathias. The investigators decide to question his history teacher, the last person to have sent him a message before his death. Although saddened by the death of the young man, she seems more attached to the treasures he discovered during his explorations at sea…

Mercato can be seen next week, Thursday March 21 from 9:10 p.m. on TF1.
