In the last show of The Voice, broadcast this Saturday, April 30, we were able to find Loris who won his battle. The young man, who has come a long way, told us about his emotional journey.

This Saturday, April 30, fans of The Voice were able to see the second part of the Cross Battles and thus discover the talents who joined those saved the previous week, such as Lleroy who had nevertheless lost his voice or Léna, previously saved in extremis by Amel Bent. During this last bonus, one candidate stood out from the others: Loris, who won her battle against Emilie with 74.5% of the vote public.

Indeed, the young man started from afar since he started singing only two months before the start of filming for The Voice and during the blind auditions, none of the jury members turned around. It was the singer Nolwenn Leroy who had decided to save him so that he could join a team. The young singer will remember it all his life, “I was moved to tears of joy but also excited to want to jump everywhere”, he confided to us when just before the choice of Nolwenn Leroy, he said to himself: “It’s over, this dream moment is over, I have to go back to reality”… Now he’s getting into the Super Cross Battles and proving to everyone that he belongs on the show.

Loris’ debut in song

The course of Loris who started singing very recently impresses more than one. It is also the team of The Voice who went directly to propose to him to participate in the program. The young Swiss was originally doing rap but one of his friends who works in music heard him sing one day and told him that he should start singing too, something he did immediately. He then participated in his first singing competition in Switzerland, before embarking on the competition broadcast on TF1, an experience he will not forget.

He told us: “Every moment that we live in The Voice is very strong”, but according to him, there are however hard times like the fact of separating regularly from the other candidates. “It was hard to part with Leo because he was a friend”he told us before talking about Emilie whom he faced this Saturday: “I was very proud of her, in my eyes, she would have deserved to win just as much as me.” Despite everything, Loris is proud of himself and to continue this adventure even longer. It’s a pretty crazy feeling, to tell ourselves that we are going one step further, that we have the chance to come back to this stage”, he exclaimed.
