(CercleFinance.com) – IBM announced on Wednesday that it had strengthened its partnership with AWS in order to provide its clients with expertise in generative AI solutions.
As part of the agreement, IBM Consulting – the consulting arm of the American technology group – plans to train 10,000 consultants by the end of 2024.
The two partners also intend to provide joint solutions and services augmented with generative AI functionalities in areas such as customer service or human resources.
IBM Consulting and AWS already offer AI solutions and services to their clients, respectively, across many industries.
For example, Bouygues Telecom called on IBM to set up a new AI platform on AWS to design use cases and develop prototype models.
The project also includes further integration of Watsonx, IBM’s generative AI tool, with AWS.
