(CercleFinance.com) – Icade announces that its health property company has acquired the premises of the IMO (Instituto de Microcirugía Ocular) eye clinic, an excellent eye clinic located in Madrid in the Mirasierra district, for 13 million euros including duties .
Recently renovated, this clinic has 30 consultation rooms and three operating theaters for a total constructed area of approximately 2,500 m². It is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of ocular pathologies.
Delivered in 2010, the asset will continue to be operated by the Miranza group. Icade’s healthcare real estate took over the existing lease, the residual term of which is 18 years. This is its first investment in the short stay segment in Spain.
