(Boursier.com) — Icade and EDF Renouvelables have signed a lease for an area of around 14,200 m2 in the Origine building in Nanterre.
This lease runs for a fixed term of 9 years. This signature is carried out under market conditions, and brings the occupancy rate of the asset to 100%.
Icade’s portfolio in the Nanterre Préfecture sector (200,000 m2 and nearly 20% of the Tertiary Property Investment portfolio in value), a privileged sector given its central location, the quality of the environment and its price attractiveness , is thus fully marketed to date.
