A joint project of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), the United Nations Global Compact, the World Resource Institute and the World Wildlife Fund, the SBTi validates the carbon trajectories of companies according to a scientific method.
At the beginning of 2022, the real estate group set itself a target of reducing its scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 55% and scope 3 emissions by 27.5% in absolute terms between 2019 and 2030, and a reduction of its scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 90% between 2019 and 2050.
