PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones) – Icade announced Thursday that its subsidiary Icade Santé had acquired a portfolio of four private hospitals in Portugal for an amount of € 213 million including transfer taxes.
“After the acquisition in December of private hospitals in Italy for 85 million euros, Icade Santé is continuing its international investments for short stays and consolidating its growth strategy in the euro zone”, commented the group in a communicated.
This acquisition brings the amount of investments made by Icade Santé in 2021 to 880 million euros. The healthcare property company, which initially targeted between 450 and 500 million investments in 2021, has already achieved nearly 30% of its development plan € 3 billion by 2025, added Icade.
