(Boursier.com) — The General Meeting of Shareholders ofIkonisys was held on June 28, under the chairmanship of Mario Mauri, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors. It met with a quorum of 70.97%, or 6,913,968 shares, to which are attached as many voting rights. The Annual Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Ikonisys shareholders was therefore validly held.
All the resolutions presented to the Meeting were adopted, in accordance with the recommendations of the Board of Directors.
In particular, the resolutions relating to the approval of the corporate and consolidated financial statements for the 2022 financial year and the financial delegations to the Board of Directors were adopted.
