(Boursier.com) — iliad SA announces the sale of its remaining 30% stake in On Tower Poland (“OTP”), the company managing passive mobile telecommunications infrastructure in Poland, to the Cellnex Group for a value of 2.3 billion zlotys, i.e. approximately 510 million euros (before tax).
This sale follows the finalization, on April 1, 2021, of the transaction relating to the sale to the Cellnex Group of 60% of OTP, and of an additional sale (of 10% of OTP) on February 28, 2022. residual 30% interest sold today by the group was recorded on the balance sheet under “assets held for sale”.
