Latest Google Messages beta takes another step closer to feedback in iMessage
.

Indeed, Apple emojis are now supported by the Google application.

iPhone reactions as emojis on Google Messages

Good news for Google Messages users who can no longer see iPhone reactions transcribed textually on their screen. Indeed, until now, when an iPhone holder added a reaction on Google Messages, the latter was received in text form…

However, it looks like all of that is about to be a thing of the past, as Google’s latest app beta finally supports iPhone reactions. To activate this function, simply go to the application settings and activate the option ” Show iPhone reactions as emoji “.

So, of course, it is not a question of finding the same reactions as on an iPhone (with the “Haha”, the “?” or even the “heart”), because these will be transformed into a corresponding emoji. For example, the “Haha” on an iPhone will be transformed into a “laughing face with tears” emoji on an Android smartphone. The public rollout is expected to start soon.
