The deputy for Yonne and spokesperson for the National Rally, Julien Odoul, was the guest of La Grande interview Europe 1-CNews. At Yoann Usaï’s microphone, he returned to the desire of 32 departments not to apply the immigration law, adopted last week. “A separatist act” in the eyes of the deputy.

A week after the vote of the National Assembly in favor of the immigration bill, largely toughened by the joint committee, discontent is spreading in the territories. Nearly 32 left-wing departments have announced their refusal to apply the tightening of conditions for payment to foreigners of the Personalized Autonomy Allowance.

“This is all pathetic”

Invited this morning to the Great Europe 1-CNews interview, the spokesperson for the National Rally is particularly opposed to this announcement. “It’s a stupid and wicked act,” he judges. “It is a separatist act,” he continues, adding “that this act has no chance of succeeding since, upon simple referral to the prefect, the administrative court will shatter the communication intentions of these departments. “

“When I see in particular the environmentalist mayor of Besançon who organizes a press conference at the Museum of Resistance and Deportation to stand up against hatred against fascism…. All this is pathetic”, annoys the MP Yonne RN.

“The left-wing communities are indecent in this communication”

“Once again, it is the law which was voted by the representatives of the people, it is the popular will which is expressed by this law. How could this law not be applied by the communities which are once again responsible for implementing the laws of the Republic and setting an example,” says Julien Odoul.

The latter now fears a precedent with regard to respect for the laws in the country. “the left-wing communities are indecent in this communication. What would we say if taxpayers refused to pay tax to this or that community because it does not go in the direction of their idea? Once again, the law is applies to everyone,” he concludes.
