(Boursier.com) — In the 4th quarter of 2023, rental income ofDassault Real Estate increased by +6.6% compared to the 4th quarter of 2022, to 7 ME.
Over the whole year, rental income stood at €27.6 million, up +7.6% compared to 2022. On a like-for-like basis, annual income increased by +8.3%, driven mainly by the favorable evolution of the revision indices and the signing of new leases in 2022, having taken full effect in 2023.
As of December 31, 2023, the occupancy rate of the Group’s assets stands at 94%, an improvement compared to 92.8% as of December 31, 2022. Rental vacancy remains mainly represented by buildings or condominium lots undergoing restructuring , including in particular the building located at 16 rue de la Paix (Paris 2nd).
