Lhe consequences of immigration to France, in economic and security terms, are frequently the subject of sweeping declarations and peremptory assertions. Is it possible to bring some order to this debate?
Let’s first discuss its security implications. There are no statistics on the delinquency and criminality of immigrants, but that of foreigners can constitute a useful approximation (excluding offenses relating to the conditions of entry and residence).
